Please for the love of God, I'm trying to stop you before you embarrass yourself further. People who compete have to dehydrate in order to reach sub 6% and all day they cramp up. You've never met or seen me but can I tell you that I have wings and you'll believe me? But muh body, you can't tell me what's right or wrong about it Link to comment

But muh body, you can't tell me what's right or wrong about it so i looked it up and what do you know it's not impossible and im not even the bottom of the barrel. apparently some guy in the 93 olympics supposedly came up with 0% when they measured and their is some discussion as to whether the method they used is flawed but it's the same way i was measured last (calipers) and i didnt get as low as he did. while it's undoubted unhealthy, so has the diarrhea i have been having several times a week every single week for the last 10~ ish years straight and some times every day for weeks. when i say "i have srs health problems" im not fucking lying. if you dont believe me fine i dont care but dont insult me. Emlee
Okay. Let's not do this in this thread. Fred, I am sorry about your health problems they sound horrible but don't take people's speculations and doubts too seriously (if you can avoid doing so). It's not personal but people can be fairly suspicious by nature, especially if something sounds far from the norm. You can't blame them. But it is only natural to also dislike being called a liar. Can we please move on ? Orangeslash, fredrichnietze and DoubleJ 3 Link to comment

I can't find a single record of a living man with 0 percent. http://www.news.com.au/technology/science/debate-over-dangers-of-bodybuilding-resurfaces-after-images-of-deceased-bodybuilder-andreas-munzer-go-viral/story-fnpjxnqt-1227281413513 Munzer was "almost 0 percent" and he was dead when he was tested. >93 Olympics Winter olympics? Still can't find a source It's common knowledge that calipers aren't accurate and at times can be 4 or so percent out. Also there's no evidence supporting the possibility of living with 1% body fat, everything is just anecdotal. If you genuinely believe that you're 1% body fat, then feel free, but it's not true. And if you've actually looked at the severity of the health problems caused by going below necessary body fat levels, which is generally accepted to be 3-5%, you'd understand how ridiculous it sounds. Bear in mind it effects both psychology and physiology. And given this lack of evidence, why aren't you being studied more closely? You seem to be the only man on the planet living at 1%, you're an anomaly, go make money from it. My main argument is, how close do you feel to death? Considering that Munzer died at "Almost 0 percent" And you are supposedly 1% away Didn't refresh my page so I didn't see Emlee's post, but I'm now more curious than I was before I looked into it Edited May 13, 2015 by King Link to comment
