Either a reconnect button or take out that retarded "avoidance" thing. It's really a gamble to use moves that have 95 acc and below because of that.

The latter is definitely not happening. Low accuracy moves are typically high risk, high reward. If you're not running a rain set, the chance that Thunder will miss is the only reason to use Thunderbolt. However, a player willing to take that risk and run Thunder will have much higher damage output assuming that the move hits. Zap Cannon and Dynamicpunch would lose their gimmick and become extremely dominating if you take away that element of risk too.

 

Whether to play it safe and run weaker moves or be willing to take risks to run stronger ones, that is the player's choice. Key word being choice. If all moves were perfectly accurate, there would be no disadvantages to only running the strongest.
