What about the Silk Scarf? with the change added to move tutors, you now need 2 Silk Scarf's each for substitute .

Ye there are 357 pokemon's that can be caught.

Route 10 I encountered an Electabuzz. I was there for a good while and found just one, thought that was a little odd, so I'm guessing its from a swarm. I'l keep encountering to see if I can find more.
