dustybunny
Pretty much everyone has had this happen to them, or at least most people. When a mod removes your post and you're not sure what was wrong with it. So my suggestion is to make it so when a mod deletes your post there has to be a reason or explanation left behind as to why it was deleted so know one is confused as to why it was removed. RysPicz
Agreed, support. I got very surprised when my goodbye post got removed. Apparently it's back, but I got very frustrated when it was removed as it was not violating any rules. Moderating the forum is surely good, but overmoderating isn't and it only causes more problems between community and staff. dustybunny 1 Link to comment
TippyTipton
100% support. This may also help to reduce the amount of posts being deleted for, seemingly, no "good" reason. Edited December 28, 2014 by TippyTipton Link to comment
RysPicz
100% support. This may also help to reduce the amount of posts being deleted for, seemingly, no reason. No reason? Well, you know, we have a saying in Poland. If you wanna hit a dog, then you will find a stick for it Link to comment
Hassan
I see no reason why this should be turned down, if a moderator deletes a member's post they must have a reason behind it. Support. Link to comment
Ploegy
I agree because I've had like 10 posts deleted today alone and once I bitched about my goodbye being deleted it magically reappeared on the thread. I would love to know why my posts are being deleted yet no warnings or warning points at all for posts that seem to making the staff unhappy Link to comment

SO THATS HOW IT WORKS, we figured it out guys Link to comment
TheGloriousWalrus
If they take the time to put more effort into moderating (rule changes and more posts dissapearing than usual) this change should be made. Link to comment
reezy23
100% Support. Mods should include details to why the post is removed that way other ppl won't do the same mistake. dustybunny 1 Link to comment
Mariout
I support this, but only because the warnings system is too stupid to let you set a custom punishment (or none at all). It'd be better if they could just give you a warning without it automatically giving you a mute if you have a prior warning point, but if we can't have that, this is the next best thing. dustybunny 1 Link to comment
XelaKebert
We have already been discussing this very suggestion and are working on a way to deal with this. In the meantime, please be sure to reference the Code of Conduct, the Global Forum Rules, and the rules for each subsection. If any questions remain as to why your post was removed feel free to PM the head moderator of the section or Global Moderator+ for General Discussion. Link to comment
