yeah so basically Team tournaments best known as TT are all about pride and less about rewards since its hard to give a good reward to 3 players at once, i was thinking what if the TT winners got a special cosmetic lets say a crown that they could upgrade in style after more TT wins , like more gems , more motifs on it and etc. Since TT is all about the pride of being the best team of pokemmo , this would promote not only recognizing them but also diverse your players in the TT roster so every player in your team would have their crown and prove that way that you are really the most dominant team in pokemmo
