Chelsea's mercato this summer was horrible,after putting costa to the exit they had to find a new striker,we were linked to Lukaku and Belotti,they've both refused to join so instead we went for Morata which a very nice pick doe but weeks after Conte made the biggest mistake of this  debut season by selling Matic who was the best midfielder in the squad,he thought Bakayoko could completly fit in if not it's not a problem we still got cesc and n'golo (who can play 2 man lmfao).Later,He loaned a lot of young talents such as Chalobah,Loftus Cheek and Feruz,I'm including Aké move to bournemouth.So in the end of the Mercato we were linked to the Ox who joined Liverpool,Llorente who went to Spurs,they would've been benched,Mahrez who prefered Barcelona,and then Barkley who agreed terms and start medical but in the middle of the medical he changed his mind to come back to Everton,so in the end we end up with Zappacosta who is a pretty lit signing and a player who was a ghost during the 16/17 season with his team fucking Drinkwater

Sold Felipe, who was a good defender, but generally stayed on the bench, but usefull when called on the field

 

Sold Badu, same as Felipe, but a midfielder

 

Sold Hertoux, he passed more time in hospitals than on the field, no regrets on selling him

 

Lost Zapata, his loan ended, he was the strong striker who was able to keep the team high on the filed, and opened spaces for the rest of the team. 12-15 goals per season striker.

 

Lost Kums, went away since he could not get space, since Del Neri used him not on his role. Was a really good midfielder both in offensive phase and as a stopper

 

Lost Karnezis, the best keeper we had in years. Udinese wanted to promote Scuffet, young italian keeper (who isn`t yet ready for Serie A, as proven in the first 2 matches). But they weren`t able to sell him, so they gave him to Watford (second team of Pozzo family, who manages udinese). 

 

Sold Thereau, the only Striker able to see the target, 11-12-2(in 2 matches this season) in the last season. Sold on the last market day. The issues with him was that, altho he scored, he always played for himself, doing what he wanted, not what the coach asked or helping the team. He broke up with the rest of the team, and could not keep playing here cause of the issues with the team mates.

 

Bought Pezzella, young italian lateral on both defense and middle of the field, pretty good pick

 

Bought Lasagna, a striker, but also an offensive midfileder, played in B last year, no one knows if ready for A yet. Pretty good for the future anyway

 

Bought Bajic, litterally who, whi scored 17 goals last year in turkey. Never seen him on the field for now. Most likelly not ready for A, or the coach doesn`t like him, not letting him play (probable)

 

Bought Larsen, Denmark lateral defender, Widmer broke, so we needed someone to cover the role. We had more than 5 fucking months to buy someone, there were lots of young italians who could get there (Zampano) or young players who had at least some experiece in A (Pereira). Bought this Danish one. He plays for Denmark, so he should not be a shit, still Del Neri preferred putting a shitty Central Defender (who btw is not ready for A, even in his own role) out of role, instead of making this new guy play.

 

Bought Maxi Lopez, ex Barcellona, 100 or more KGs that warmed benches in the last years. Should be a striker, but i don`t think he is adeguate to play anymore, too old and too fat.

 

Bought Nuytinck ( @Tranzmaster pls respond). Looks like a really solid central, already scored a goal.

 

Bought Ingellson and Barack, 2 young talented midfielders, good for the future.

 

Bought Beherami, he is somewhat old, but i guess he can do decently, considering his experience in A. Obviusly he doesn`t play.

 

Tldr: Sold around 80% of our offensive abilities, and bought people who is most likelly not ready or inadeguated for Serie A. Maxi Lopez is probably the single shittiest bought ever. Not only that, but the coach is so fixated that he doesn`t let the new players play, putting out of role players on the field.

Sold (he actually went away for free) one of the best A keeper to let a young one take his spot, one that should not play in A right now (made some kind of mistakes on 4/5 goals taken)

 

Belance: 2 matches, 2 loss, 5 goals taken, 3 goals scored (2 were from thereau who was sold shortly after the second match) 0 points and last ones....

 

This year we are going for Serie B. Feelsbadman fucking shitty Gino Pozzo thinking only about money and not about the team

Janssen is useless. He brings nothing to the team. If Kane was left injured and out for the whole season then Janssen wouldn't be anywhere near able to fill in the missing pieces. 

 

We also bought Juan Foyth, another centreback. Additionally, Dier played CB for a while before moving into the midfield and has already proven that he can fill in at the back if needs be. What I'm saying is we could've spent the money that we spent on Sanches, on someone who is proven to be a well-established player (cb or striker, doesn't matter for this argument) as opposed to a 21 year old who had one decent season at Ajax

Believe me Sanches is a special player. Because of him and Klaassen we got to Euros final. Now we sold them and we lost vs Rosenborg :(.
