Original Pokemon Name not in capital letters

Wouldn't it be nice if CH'DING were named Ch'Ding. It is only a small change but in my opinion well worth it.

As Malorne suggests, you can go to lavender town (the house directly under Mr. Fuji's house) and have your pokemon's name changed, Purzzle.

I think the two of you might have misunderstood me. The Ch'Ding was just an example.
My suggestion was to change the default names: Gyarados instead of GYARADOS - Poochyena instead of POOCHYENA
I know that it is possible to change names, but I was talking about the default ones.

I could be wrong but I think that they do that because the name is displayed  directly from the rom and editing it would mean copyright stuff and etc etc.
