I made an original back sprite for Dragonite, and another possible eye style for the front.

The backsprite is good. The front sprite can you change the front bang up a bit? The eyes are an improvement I think. I'll have to look at it close up when I get home.

I feel the eyes are a bit too long so it ends up looking a bit uguu, but it's a lot better than the old one. Backsprite I like. I still don't like the front bang of the front sprite; try adding some lines to it so it doesn't look like a solid bowl (refer to how you did the backsprite front bangs).

Dragonite's tied back hair on her backsprite doesn't seem to match the front, and the legs on the front sprite look a bit small and could probably use some adjustment.

 

@Moetal: I'll work on Minun and Plusle again soon. I'm a bit busy at the moment though, so I'll keep liking posts~

True, but the hair would be everywhere and there's not enough space.  And Aozane probably was too overambitious with the front sprite, also lacked enough space.

 

 

Tried to edit Crawdaunt but meh.

 

More importantly, I drafted a Machop.

The boyish Machop looks really cute! How are you envisioning her evolutions though? Will they retain this reverse trap look of this prevolution? Or are you planning to draw them more like kinniku musume?

For Crawdaunt, try moving the entire blue strip downward and make it into a scarf/bandana thingy around her neck, or just incorporate it into her top.

 

Machop might be a bit tall.

Lower body might be a pixel or two too wide.

EDIT: Go with the second one. Shorten the arm a bit. Back sprite looks good, but hair looks different from front. Change the front to reflect it more IMO.

Can we change the white highlight to a light shade of purple on the hair? Her hair looks way too shiny at the moment for both front and back sprite because of the white. Cut back a bit on whites on the hat (the non-gold sections) for both front and back sprite also so it doesn't look so shiny also. The red on her sleeves are blending into her top too much so it's hardly noticeable. Try a different tone of red.

 

EDIT: Your Machamp is too different imo. She needs the fun hat at least. Everything else you can change.

Looking at the machamp you should be able to easily tell that the hat doesn't fit.  If I could have, I would have added the hat.  I'm more concerned about the proportions, pose and foreshortening at this point.

Original design wouldn't have fit in well either way. You have to bend her legs regardless. You're being too ambitious with this; there's no way you can fit her in there standing without messing up proportions.
