genderless breeding

genderless: genderless is a big drawback while breeding thus you depend only in having a good ditto with the right nature as you cant use pokes of the same species nor others in their egg-group and above all, can't learn eggmoves. as this wasn't enough, pokes like staryu have 2 abilities to juggle with (1 of the being useless), what i suggest is balancing it by for example, making genderless produce 2 eggs at the same time or improving iv inheritance, or adding "ability inheritance" for genderless

If 2 genderless Pokemon of different species are breeding, how does the game decide a mother? It can't. If 2 eggs are produced, that would be extremely overpowered. Also wouldn't work well with the current mechanics and flag system. Ditto is a staple of breeding, so it would help to invest in capturing a good one or buying one. Terrible idea.

you can make it like: genderless + nongenderless/ditto = genderless

2 eggs would not be overpowered thus you still have to manage the useless ability and the fact your are limited to breeding with ditto and can't get eggmoves from 2 parents or a poke from other species

improving iv/nature inheritance would also work, or even adding a "ability inheritance" for genderless

Have you tried breeding genderless + not genderless of the same egg group? before last update it used to work, not sure now tho.

But if what you mean is genderless + genderless of the same species to speed up the process, aside technical details like RacheLucario stated, i can't really imagine why did they remove this option.

It is impossible to breed genderless Pokemon with anything other than Ditto in accordance to Vanilla mehanics, it was a feature we included due to difficulty in passing on some egg moves with just males.

Since we introduced the ability for females to pass on egg moves this problem no longer existed, thus we removed this feature since it was both no longer neccessary and allowed the move inheritance-related breeding mechanics coincide with mechanics players are already used to.

I see, so now genderless can only breed with ditto?
