whats the prize?

tbd. usually a good bred UT(viably comp, not just trying to clean my box's) and some yen from the entry fee collected.

I keep some from each tourney to try and buy better prizes for the next week.

To do a bit of explaining, I host tourneys for the spirit of competition, not to hand out prizes. I reward the first place contestant for their effort and for winning, but Im never going to be giving out any op prizes like shinys. I want people who love battling and want bragging rights to sign up for my tourneys, not treasure hunters.
