XelaKebert
Santa Claus has many nicknames, one of them being St. Nick; which is the name of an early Christian bishop known for his generosity. In fact, said bishop is the basis for Santa Claus. Until 1823 there was no mention of Santa having any reindeer. In that year the poem "Twas the Night Before Christmas" was published. This poem is what gave us the image of a jolly, fat man wearing a red suit and smoking a pipe. This poem was also the first to not only mention Santa having reindeer, but to also give them names. Coca-Cola is responsible for the current artistic depiction of Santa Claus. Rudolph was added as a member of Santa's team in 1939, as shown in RacheLucario's post above. Since then Rudolph has been widely accepted as a permanent member of the sleigh team. tl;dr Santa told me he has 9 reindeer, you're looking for 9 reindeer. Don't question the jolly old elf. Alphatron
I'm aware of that. Since he's part of this event however, he's relevant. To be fair though, none of them are Santa's reindeer. If there is a man named Santa Claus out there, he does not have flying reindeer. :o Link to comment
XelaKebert
The number is staying at 9 as I am going off the timeline of Santa's story after that foggy Christmas Eve on which Rudolph joined the sleigh team. Jate 1 Link to comment

Did you also know that Rudolph was invented by a store owner to boost sales during the Christmas season? First artistic depiction aside :) By the way, this is a very interesting and fun looking event. More things like this should happen :D Link to comment

XelaKebert
Rudolph was with Santa because the weather was bad. Santa needed to be able to see where he is going. It's Santa's sleigh team after all, he can add or subtract from it as he sees fit. Link to comment

Kellywelly
RUDOLPH IS AN INVENTION OF THE DEVIL. If you add him to this event, you are basically saying that you worship satan and that this is a satanic event. Please everybody, wake up, stop the madness. Save Christmas. Link to comment

XelaKebert
Rudolph must be caught. In order to be in contention you must have returned all 9 Stantler. The tie-breaker is Rudolph's capture time, which will only come into play should two players have their last Stantler submitted at the same time. Link to comment
