Pretty simple. If you have an avatar/sig/whatever that you want a santa hat on, post here (include a larger version of the image if possible).  If there is a specific hat you want me to use post that as well, I'll do my best.  I don't do animations, but I'm working on it.  Here are a couple of samples, there are more in the thread.

His hair makes this hard, this is about as good as I could get. Santa hats aren't big enough to cover that spread and still fit the forehead.  If you'd rather have the hair better covered and the rest look funny let me know and I'll change it
