The reserves will be done on a first-posted basis. Example: If DopestDope is the third IGN in the thread, but does not get randomised in the participants list (while the two people in front of him did) he will be first reserve. I have a quick question, does OU/UU play a part in any tournament's rules? For example, would a Pokemon such as Dragonite be banned/discouraged from this tournament? Thanks! Link to comment

Yes, some tourneys run different tiers. When they do have a specific tier requirement it will be mentioned in the poster/ rules for the tourney (as seen here). Link to comment
