Yeah... I've been thinking about dabbling in some tiers other than OU, and it seems that PvE is the way to go.  More events, better prizes, etc etc...

 

Hell, PvE even gets hall of fame mentions while CC and Leader board tournaments do not...

 

 

At the end of the day though, something like 90%+ of the pokemmo community just simply doesn't have it in them to be even moderately good at comp.  staff has to do something to keep these kids around.
