Never posted my workout goals or schedule. Today was chest days and triceps.
3x8 of 160lbs/ 72.5748kg bench
3x6 of 140lbs/ 63.5029kg slight incline bench
3x8 of 120lbs /54.4311kg incline bench
3 x 12 of 25lbs/11.3398kg incline dumbells flys
3x 5 of 100lbs/45.3592kg real close grip bench
3x8 of 50lbs/22.6796kg of incline skull crushers
3sets until dead of over head extensions of 35lb/15.8757kg

Bench is improving pretty good, was struggling to do one set of 7 of 160lbs. Can do reps of 8 pretty solid now.
Goals are here
Max bench of 225lbs/102.058kg probably at 205lbs/92.9864kg
Max deadlift 330lbs/142.882kg probably at 305lbs/138.346kg
Max squat 275lbs/124.738kg probably at 240lbs/108.862kg.
