 real uguu to count calories and eat clean with out socially with amigos. Right now at 179-180lbs, last week was terrible for me, massive toothache stopped me from eating clean and kinda went carbs hungry.

When i lived on my own i worked out often. I tried to cut sugar from my diet, no carb/calorie counting just junky refined sugar. I still ate breads, fruits and drank juice n such. But it ended up making me feel like shit. Was always low and energy and i think i even got a lil more pale. I eventually gave up and ate shitty shit again and people told me i looked much better health wise. I think i might be addicted to sugar and was going through withdraws :/

 

I recently started working out again bc i took a phys ed class at school. Im no where near you guy's level but i am curious as to what the program that JJ is excited about is.
