To get straight the point , I suggest a Fame system. Say if someone is very helpful to newcomers, for example, those newcomers could raise that individuals fame by "1 Point". Or something similar,  what do you guys think?

so kind of like reputation? cool, though nothing should be gained from it due to alts can +1 and the overall unfairness. but i think this should be added. +1

It does, and "reputation" systems (or any system where users moderate themselves) are usually corrupt. Even if it's something as simple as the "like" function on the Forums, people take meaningless internet points way too seriously and try to find ways to boost their internet points. With the ability to register multiple accounts in-game, players could easily artificially inflate their own internet point #. This would force us to oversee meaningless internet point exchanges, which means more work for nearly no reward.

We will not be giving people the tools to either ostracise or put each other on a pedestal in-game.
