[Implemented] Casino Item : The Risky Chest

We all know that everyone hates the game corner. There's no fun; There's no pizzazz. We need something cool, something exciting to get people playing the Game Corner.
I propose the Risky Chest! The Risky Chest is an item purchasable at the game corner for 9999 coins. After purchase, the Risky Chest is placed in your bag, and clicking on it will open It. The Risky Chest can hold a variety of random items or Pokemon. Among the prizes could be 1x shadow ball, 1x lucky egg, 5x hidden power, a 1-time Pokemon, or whatever else the staff sees fit as appropriate loot. Of course, this is the "Risky Chest", so you could just as easily receive a rattatta or a super potion. The best part : The Risky Chest is tradable.

I have this theory that the game corner treats people that hate it worst than those that don't, jeehad and myself are great examples. I typically make out well and jeehad never wins.

If we could have anything i'd probably ask for a mini card game (like the final fantasy series) and racing through a few different obstacle courses (against other players and computer) for coins.

You could race, play/collect cards, or do it oldschool with the slots. That would really be fun. Slots is just...not fun... that is why some people consider game corner tm's valuable (lol).

I guess your imagination is the limit with that stuff. You could make different weather tracks depending on the season and do all sorts of fun things.
