Hello (& a few questions)

Hello there, I just had a vision for pokemon customization...So I joined the forums to hopefully soon make a IPS texturepack. ^^

Anyway on to my question....


You see, I want to make clinet reskin of some pokemon when they are in battle.

I have already found the tut on how to edit a gui but it says nothing on how to change the images of each pokemon.


I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction?

That tut says nothing of shiny pokemon, and I think is just for a single player verison of the game.
Also I read a few pages in and it seems people got mass amounts of errors and other things with that program....
I dont think it would even work now.

From what little I have read on the subject, unLZ is what you are looking for, and will work with R/S/E/FR/LG (as the title of the page I linked to you suggests).

I am not sure if I have the time to hold your hand on the subject anything past that, but I can assure you there are many tutorials out there that you can use to hack in sprites to your fr rom.

most likely a PEBCAK or even the dreaded ID-10T error...
