Not being sent the code after I've logged in from a new PC

Hello! Try waiting a bit more and make sure you've checked your junk/spam mail folders. If you still don't receive the code this could mean that your email address is invalid so in this case it will need to be changed by contacting us here with your game account: https://support.pokemmo.eu

 

Create your ticket in Support Request → Email Issue subtype. If you get redirected to the website's email change page use this page instead to change your email.
