Shell Turban as OU PvP Reward

I've been playing this game for a long time and haven't seen Shell Turban as a exclusive NU PvP Reward.
PLEASE >ROTATE< the cosmetics rewards!!!! I only play OU and I really want this hat ?

Well, economically that isn't a healthy idea mate, this would slow a lot of breeding and buying of new pokemon from every tier. people would have no incentive to get new mons if the rewards were not based on tiers.

I do feel you pain btw, turban is one of the best hats in the game to date imo ^^'

Considering I'm awful and don't have much time I wish the season rewards were a smidge easier to grab. Between people leaving to early or my tier not being as popular as OU or randoms it makes things frustrating.
