create a section for Latin American public in Forum

I was thinking of creating a section for the Latin American public so that they can give their opinion and clarify their doubts about the game... as there is already a section in English and Chinese... I will be waiting for an answer ...att: played old..

Latin American, a section on Portuguese(Brazil) and Spanish(97% of rest of Latin America)?

Someone else asked this before, and iirc, the problem is that there are not enough Spanish applied for mods or cm, so it will be hard to keep a Spanish sub forum organized.
