Forgot email and password

Hey Y'all,

 

Kaguya here. Its been while. Sorry if this is the wrong spot to post this, but I want to get back into the game but I forgot my game login password and I dont remember the email I used for the account so I cant reset it. I just reset my forum password bc I do have access to this account. How can I get access to my account? I want to get back into the game and hunt some shiny shinx after a 2 year break.

when I click the link it says 404 not found? what do I do now

the support section uses the same login information as the game @Zekeen so I dont think it would help at all

 

The only thing you can do is either start again from scratch or try to remember the email address; which is easier said than done unfortunately

is there nothing I can do? I faintly remember the username for the email just not exactly

Lo único que puede hacer es comenzar de nuevo desde cero o tratar de recordar la dirección de correo electrónico; que es más fácil decirlo que hacerlo desafortunadamente

In support, sign in whit a usarname, password, not a email.
