So is letting something heavy hold a key on my keyboard legal?

Like this kind of stuff is never said in the coc, so is it legal? Or is it illegal?  I want to fish and this might make my job easier... 

And is binding 2 keys into one legal? ( so my z key and my fish key is gonna be z and 0, but if I bind both key to space bar in my keyboard,  will I get banned for this?)
