Increased Trade chat moderation in some form

I'm sure many players have experienced this in some form, but unnecessary hostility, remarks, and insults following a rejection of a trade offer. I understand that the block feature is there, but I was hoping there could be an additional report feature or warning or the like so I don't have to utilize the block feature regularly. I'm not asking something to be done about lowball trade offers, but rather just the kind of responses being given. At the very least, could there be an additional deterrent to reduce these cases?

 

Also I understand we can do the general report, but I was hoping for something a little more specific to the in-game trade chat.
