账号申诉

本人有两个pokemmo的游戏账号一个是新的一个是旧的游戏账号，昨天我开了个新的账号想重新玩见前期资源太少了就用大号给小号送了两只20级的宠物和一个学习装置还有一些金币然后今天晚上就被官方封了我想申诉进行解封账号我的两个账号都是自己的我完全没有进行任何的金币交易官方人员可以去查里面的邮箱都是我账号送的东西

If you want to make a ban appeal, you need to go on this link https://support.pokemmo.eu/  , log in with the banned account IDs (account name and password of the banned account). Select ban appeal and write your appeal.

If you already did a ban appeal you need to wait for SGMs to answer the ticket. 
If your ban appeal was already denied, there is no need to do a new one as it will be denied too.
