What happens when your pokemon faint?

Hello there! Quick question, is there any consequences other than your pokemon not being able to fight when they faint? Like loosing IV points, or decreasing stats or something? Loosing money? Thank you!

Nope, just that you gotta revive them at a pokemon center (or with an item)

Nope, except you put a rule that forçe you to do something with fainted mons, like permabox him or release.

Mons that are fainted will kept fainted until get revived by Heal Paths, NPCs, get Stored on box and return to party, or via Items/Pokécenter.

And you don't lose money by lose battles.
