They banned me for "Fraud" and I paid what the seller agreed for the item, in fact I was going to give him something, the game puts me banned for Fraud but I never gave what it was not ... in the event day and night, they took my 2014 account for no reason I need an explanation. I would like to communicate with that person again, exchange a "Christmas gift bag" for a few xmas and I accept, pay what was agreed there was no scam I gave him what he wanted ...

Choose ban appeal and say what you want to say. Someone will then come back to you whenever they can!

Hello,

 

If you want to make a ban appeal, you need to go on this link https://support.pokemmo.eu/ , log in with the banned account IDs (account name and password of the banned account). Select ban appeal and write your appeal.

 

If you already did a ban appeal you need to wait for SGMs to answer the ticket. 

If your ban appeal was already denied, there is no need to do a new one as it will be denied too.
