Having problems logging into game.

I followed the instructions of downloading the game. I go to log-in and It's says that I have the wrong password. I try to request a password change, but the email never showed up in my inbox. Is there something wrong with the site and the admins are taking care of there matters? I've been trying for hours to fix this problem and I'm out of option. Please help!

Hello! Were you able to login? If not, make sure you are using your account name and not your character name to login (and not your forum account because those are separate from in-game ones). If you forgot your account name, you can use this page to retrieve it: https://pokemmo.eu/account_forgot_username/

Checked Spam box? Usualy Pokemmo mails end up there for whatever reason. At least with my provider

Thank you all for your help. The problem has been fixed and I'm enjoying the game proper.
