[Request] Stats Mod?

Hey, 

 

I love the game, I haven't messed with mods TOO much, but I am wondering if there is a mod that displays the stats of a pokemon to help keep track of the battle. I don't have the game, but I think Brilliant Diamond has a mechanic like this. If there isn't a mod like this, any suggestions on creating a mod like this would be greatly appreciated.

On computer, when your mouse is on your pokemon's health/name, it displays the stat buffs or debuffs, dunno if its working on the Phone but it should.
