关于账号问题

大家好，我是国内的玩家，我想咨询两个问题
一、用户名可不可以注销，我之前玩过断断续续，每次兴趣不高，所以都没有太久，今天准备上班摸鱼从头开始玩的时候，发现我的注册邮箱下有七八个用户名，请问是否可以注销？
二、我看到国内只支持绑定QQ邮箱，但是个人使用微软、谷歌较多，是否可以绑定这两个邮箱（如果爬梯子代理的话）？
