I just wanted to gently ask if the "not implemented yet" functions like the tower and the underground base in sinnoh will be added in a future, or if they are planned not to be a part of the game at all

You can use Secret Power to open up a base that belongs to you. I think this article is placed in the suggestion box, not the discussion house

Hi! There is currently no information to share about this at the moment, sorry. Most missing features are planned to be addressed eventually, which includes underground and Sinnoh Battle Frontier, but there is no estimated time of arrival.
