Rules in PvP

Is it feasible to ask as a requirement for double fights in PvP to have only 1 pokemon with the attack "Follow me" and/or "Rage powder"? I believe having more than 1 or 2 pokemons with these attacks is an extremely boring strategy and lacks of creativity, specially if its used with pokemons that use "Swords dance", "Protection", "Belly drum", "Nasty plot", among other attacks. I have encountered trainers with Togekiss, Mr. Mime, Blastoise, Electabuzz, Aamongus, on the same team having these attacks, and there is no way to beat them, even if you have Taunt and use it several times (considering once u use Taunt upon them trainers change their pokemon for another with Follow me to carry on with their strategy). I beliebe this is a reasonable query, considering there are rules as "not being able to sleep both pokemon in double fights", which is by far more manageable than the situation Im bringing to discussion.
