I know this was mentioned about Leppa Berries, but this is different.
Instead of charging a Sweet Scent Ocarina, it will have a one hour cooldown once used. This could stack with a Sweet Scent move if necessary.
This ocarina has higher priority than a move in the hotbar slot. Once an ocarina is used, you could use the Sweet Scent move. Meaning, an ocarina will be temporary replaced by a TM icon in the hotbar. By the time it's recharged, it'll change a TM icon back to a Sweet Scent Ocarina.
