Hello! You will have to wait and see unfortunately. If there is a Halloween Event to happen this year, it’d be posted on the forums in the form of a Changelog. I know as much as you, and all we can do is speculate. Last year’s Halloween Event started at the end of the month and spilled partway into November if I remember correctly! One could speculate that there’s still time to be passed before a yes or no can be reached.
