Wild Grovyle Route 120?

As I can see from the gtl, on the past few days wild grovyle have been caught in route 120 (hoenn), but there is no wild location in the pokedex!

Whats happening?

Hello! These Grovyles were most likely caught from a swarm, you can only find wild Treeckos at Route 119. Swarms spawn randomly and they may contain rare Pokemon, so keep an eye on the in-game global chat in case a player finds one! ^^

Probably it's from swarm- swarms are 4 pokemon showing at certain place and that are visible sprites walking around the grass.

Players often call out swarms on channel/global chat, so it' worth watching those

Are the swarm pokemons different from the normal encountered pokemons? I mean do they have better iv's or do they hold good items?
