About when we can catch Legendary Pokémon and use it in PVP

So far we have 4 lengendary pokemon，they are Mewtwo、Rayquaza、Arceus、Keldeo，but the player can’t always own it。

So my suggestion is to add the beast to PVP and have a shiny probability of 1/30000

Of course i don't want Rayquaza to join PVP，because too strong will destroy the PVP balance environment。

I think there are Pokémon that can be added Keldeo、Terrakion、Virizion、Cobalion、Landorus、Thundurus

They probably will add some of those mons when dungeons come. So just be a little more patient.
