Anyone knows how to get inside in the Veridian gym in Kanto? I follow the walkthrough and already got in Power plant with SIX badges but still can't get inside the gym.

**I tried to repair my client and change my rom but still not working. Am I the only one who encounter ? is this a bug? thank you for the answer, have a great day ahead!.
