Is it possible to teach Wish to a Blissey on Sinnoh? Without traveling to other regions.

I only played Sinnoh so far and I cant find any type of information on a Sinnoh tutor move that can teach Wish. Help appreciated.

Hello! So the only way to teach blissy wish is from a bp tutor. You can find those at the battle frontier in hoenn, battle tower in kanto, or the battle subway in unova. Sadly, the bp shops are not yet implemented in the sinnoh resort.
