Hello. As briefly described by Rottenko, you need to send a forum message to SGMs Bearminator and SecretDjinn to apply for a staff position. Tell them a little about yourself and why you want to join. To be considered, there are a few requirements:

The applicant needs to have at least 500 hours of in game played time, including good knowledge about PokeMMO and be able to communicate in English. In addition, the applicant should have completed all four regions and preferably have no history of punishment. Preferably 18+/mature as well.
