Hello, I forgot my password for my account and I want to recover it, when I put the information to recover my account, the email from pokemon mmo is not sent to my email and I don't know what to do to recover my account, check my spam but there is no no mail from pokemon mmo and i'm worried i don't want to lose my account. Please make sure that when trying to recover your password in the website, you are typing the correct username of the account (players often get username and character name confused when trying to recover credentials) and checking the same email that was registered when you created the account.
