As I know, Dungeons have been confirmed for a long time now but the release date is still not confirmed. Some say that they will come after Johto, others say before. I once made a idea-post about what legendary pokemon could possibly be added in the dungeons in the General Discussion. The other players didn't seem to like that idea.
