I wanted to use this opportunity to introduce myself formally to the community -- I am an aspiring content creator on YouTube who is looking to make his mark on the Internet with a new series featuring PokéMMO; here is a thread where I will provide a little bit of background about myself, who I am as a person, and what you can expect from my content.

First, I want to say I am actively working on this project as of April 2021, and I will be posting a new PokéMMO video every day at 5:00 PM EST. If you would like to tune in to watch, you can find the link at the beginning of this thread, in my forum profile, in my signature, and on my Twitter page @Neurostar_ (be sure to follow me there for updates!)

Currently, I am thirty years old, I have a degree, a full-time job, and a second part-time job. I live in the United States, and I am working hard to improve the quality of my content. My recording sessions happen in my personal studio every morning at 5:00 AM EST, and my episodes are published on a daily schedule at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT -5). From me, you can expect good, clean, fun gameplay, a few jokes, and some great battles--I want my content to be clean, friendly, and healthy for the community; I want PokeMMO to grow and I want to play a role in helping it reach new audiences. So, of course, I am happy to help this community improve and expand, because I will be working on this project for a long time!

I have 5 main reasons for creating content that I'm happy to share with you:

  1. It helps others get through the day
  2. I believe it's a healthy lifestyle choice
  3. Having an audience can help me improve the world
  4. It's a fun hobby with unlimited demand
  5. The pros to doing it outweigh the cons

My goal is to not just be a good YouTuber, but a GREAT YouTuber -- I want you to enjoy this content with me as much as I enjoy creating it. All of my recording is done within my personal studio, and I have honestly enjoyed this process so much that I hope to continue doing it for years to come.

So how else can you help? Well, first, you can subscribe to the channel, follow me on Twitter, leave a Like on my videos, and you are more than welcome to ask questions and provide feedback here in this thread; constructive criticism is always appreciated!

My recording session last night was AMAZING! We received one host, had some great battles, did a round of PVP with another player, and learned a lot about the game that filled me with excitement about the days to come.

I will write a more thorough review and first impressions video that will be published once it's ready, but so far, you've all earned yourself a committed fan of your game, and I hope the moderators/GMs give themselves a hard and well deserved pat on the back for creating something that makes me and so many other people very happy.

Thank you to everyone who tuned in to my stream! It was wonderful to have you; another episode of the playthrough will be posted on YouTube at 5 PM Eastern Standard Time, and the live update will be on Twitter and the Discord channel I will be setting up and posting here later today.

This has been the opportunity of a lifetime for me and I'm very grateful for the support I've received so far. I'll be keeping my stream like Utada Hikaru - simple and clean!
