Hello. The Battle Subway is a battle facility in Nimbasa City (Unova region), but it is not fully implemented in PokeMMO. There is currently no information about when it will be. 

 

I personally don't have experience with it, as I have only played the Unova region through PokeMMO, but I read that it is much alike the Hoenn Battle Frontier where you can battle in different formats and win prizes in the original games.
