I opened a ticket and the staff was quite fast at answering, so good job btw. But I was wondering: is it possible to know whether he/she got banned or not? Or silenced or whatever the staff thought was proper to do? Like you know, it would make me feel quite satisfied if I knew that such a lame person got what he deserves.
