Big System PVP

Hello I find that PokeMMO is in great need of a wild pvp system.
My idea is quite simple.
It consists of adding a purchasable item to the Pokemon shop.
When a player has this object, it will allow him to fight all the players obviously having this object without the opponent being able to refuse.
Flight and Teleport will not be accessible.
This item lasts for a limited time while in use.
Once an opponent is defeated, there will be a coutdown before re-attacking another.
When we lose a fight we are sent back to the center and lose the object.
When you beat an opponent, you win a voucher.
These vouchers will be exchangeable for reocmpenses according to the number of vouchers you have for a mafieu who walks in a hidden place in each city.
When this mode is activated we cannot heal these pokemon at the PokeMON centers and when we die we lose all our goodies and the mode is automatically deactivated.
When a person has more than 10 coupons there will be a Wanted Notice that somewhat copies the current legendary system.
And he will no longer be able to use the bike, the tunnel
And he will not be able to refuse any duel, even people who do not have the PVP object.
When you beat him you win 3 coupons instead of one.
Tell me your opinion to improve this idea

I like this idea, sounds really fun.
Probably requires some play testing to get the balance right.

 

This reminds me of the alignment system in the mmo dofus where you could choose to participate in pvp by activating the 'pvp mode' and then be challenged without being able to refuse.
