So in my opinion I need a 6th Pokémon that counters setup moves like Stealth Rock or Spikes with (for example) Rapid Spin. This Pokémon should also be pretty bulky physical defense wise because Pelipper is just a pseudo Physical Wall only to setup and scout mostly. Also I have weaknesses against fighting types. Thats why I was thinking about Hurricane on Pelipper, but Scald burn could be useful too.

I appreciate every suggestion or criticism. You can screw all of my Pokémon if you have a better Rain Team option. I really want to use this Kingdra so Kingdra and Pelipper are gonna be core Mons (?)

I can think of 2-3 possible mons for this combo
First one is Starmie! A bulky BOLD one will work well against fighting types, which you got a problem with.
It's a very versatile mon with a huge movepool. Rapid Spin, Recover, Confuse Ray, Cosmic Power, Reflect n Light Screen, Thunderwave, Rest, Toxic. Those are some good options you can try, and combined well, create a perfect staller. You can also make it agrresive, investing in spa/speed and giving it Thunder or Hydropump or Psychic etc

Second one is Blastoise. Bulkier but not that versatile, also the fighting type problem remains.
Third is Tentacruel, an excellent special wall. It learns Acid armor to become a physical wall as well, however you may lose momentum that way (except if you switch ferrothorn into a physical wall).

I could suggest a couple more flying defog users, but I believe Starmie fits in your team really well!

Also, give your Salamence Hurricane over Flame burst. Fire type is strong against Grass, Bug n Steel.
Wanting to counter ferrothorn and scizor is good, however the damage they'll take is 70x4/2(rain)= 140
Hurricane will deal 120x1,5(stab)=180, plus the 30% confusion probability.

Overall a great team!
