Assistance with my Eeve

What should I do with this Eeve? I don't know in what should I evolve it, I have a strong Pikachu that I am training, a 4x31 alakazam but I am laking a good fire pokemon. I have read however that Flareon is not very good, should I go with vaporeon? jolteon? Any advise would be highle appreciated, thanks!

I'd say go with Jolteon, especially for the story playthrough. Pikachu as a whole is not the greatest. It's base stats are awful.

If its's for storyline only, the Flareon isnt worst. Depends what you plan to do with your team.
Pikachu will be enough, no need for jolteon then. Flareon gets double kick, bite, fire fang, lava plume, and you have big iv in both attacks

 

If you dont plan on using fire pokemon other than that, its quite good choice imo.

Honestly, I would instead go for espeon because the lack of dark type mons in Kanto. There is just too many ground/rock types in kanto to go for Jolteon sadly.

Vaporeon: Its quite good but underated and there are few better water types

Flareon: There are some way better options

Jolteon: one of the best

Espeon: one of the best (and personal favourite)

Umbreon: another great option

Glaceon: Kinda meh, but it's cool (literally)

Leafeon: Suprisingly good
