Heya here, i got chat muted and both my accoutns with different logins are muted.

So im gonna assume i got muted because the team i am in is "uguu". But in case typing a recruiting message for that in the chat warrants a mute then why was creation of the team possible. I also got muted on both my different accounts with different logins which is reaally weird to me as they have nothing in common and the game for some reason puts the punishment on every account the device has logged into or something similar.

Also why is there no way to discuss, pm or ask why you got muted?

I believe muted are IP related, so any account logging in through that IP. This is to prevent mute evasion and spamming.

 

Also, it's possible the censor is just setup for chat and not for team names, pokemon names, etc.

It's possible that you also just posted it too much. You can get muted for spamming, eg posting the copy-pasted team recruitment message as soon as your global chat cooldown expires over and over. That's annoying to begin with.

@MoxPeanutThats not the case atleast :) Had been chatting normally for a while and sent a(1) copy pasted recruit msg, i usually dont post it if not for being ironic, and it was in EN channel and not global. Im just assuming its cause it has "uguu" as a substitute for genitalia since other words are banned.

because you can't talk while you're muted of course
