Real Egg hatching time

I just realised that not a small number of people think egg hatching take 10 mins (without Flame body)

So I conducted a test myself:
According to this link https://forums.pokemmo.eu/index.php?/topic/80817-changelog-13082018/
"Egg hatch times are now consistent across all species"
That means I can do tests on any pokemon.
The tests were done while I was doing nothing and just stand still, no GTL, no spectating, no anything, just like any Vermillion's afker.
 

Test:

1. Without Flame Body:

It's 5 mins and 24 seconds.

It's 5 mins 45 seconds.

It's 5 mins 58 seconds.

 

2.With Flame Body:

It's 4 mins and 47 seconds

It's 4 mins and 12 seconds

It's 4 mins and 38 seconds.

=> Conclusion: 

-Eggs don't have the exact same hatching time (maybe due to lag in between)

-Flame Body is 10%, not 50% (to all the bros out there who think it's 50%)


Stop questioning my guide about egg hatching times ffs.

Conclusions : 

- The time you used talking to the old man isn't the same and the egg probably doesn't start hatching until you're done with it while the egg obtained time could be associated to when you gave the mons to the old man rather than when the egg was added in your party (similarly when you catch a Pokemon the catch time is when you threw the ball, not when the catching animation succeeded)

but it's actually possible that it takes a variable amount of time, so fair

 

- Time went from 5'45 average to 4'30 average with flame body which is approximately a 21% reduction (not 10) so we can figure it's either 20 or 25% really :)

 

Cool stuff tho x) Still wish they implemented visual timers on eggs
